English Diary 2020
20201219
2001 NHK drama "Churasan" (The stage is Okinawa). I saw it in those days. An actress in it said like, after modernizing our old dialect or old saws might be lost very much, if so, nobody knows where it is. That's why, I hope there are a few young people want to learn them. It's like folklore.
By the way, a word folklore has different meanings in each country. In Japanese the word is close to Minzoku gaku, but which means all old life styles or so.
Totally learners want to know it, hearing elder than oneself. In the US, it might be like oral ones, but in Japan, Minzoku gaku (民俗学) is that all of old life is the target. The typical scholar is Yanagita Kunio or Motoori Norinaga or Minakata Kumagusu.
A writer says like a famous company Netflix fired too much negative workers and then the result was super successful. (As it usual with me, it's a rough story line.) Corona and Radiation made so many terrible words (It's difficult to express it), so I decided not to see users on SNS many times. Anyway, I want to live quietly and learn a lot of languages very well.
Getting back from working at Okuma, it's delicious to have a thick steak. I feel like a shogun of Shirasu who is the father of Jiro and likes to eat a thic steak. Cheers with a green tea, my safety from operating a tractor on the first day of winter work.
Shirasu Jiro is a historical person who graduated from University of Cambridge and worked with GHQ. My father ordered stone masons to make our garden with stones at Okuma.
Because something happened in 2011 when of the period doing the same by him and me and the stones collapsed. This time he didn't ask me to help, so I'm relieved because of the work is dangerous.
2011. It was snowy a little in the last of March in Fukushima. I was wondering what was I doing then. When it was snowy a little in this December, using a ratchet under a rotary of a tractor after working.
I'd like to move forward and enjoy my life including this time right now. Usual things depend on how to think. I'd like to reconstruct my work at Okuma someday. I'd like to make an effort to improve Fukushima image.
20201212
Wedding of Friends. Really great. The bride and goom looked really happy. I'm also heartily happy. Everyone are old friends since long time ago. I sent a toast speech by myself on chat ZOOM that we, everyone, connected. So, now is corona pandemic.
I saw several friends' children were very cute. Then, switched off. Suddenly finished. Without hug and real chat. Without shake hands. Incredibly lonely. Oh my gosh. I'm truly happy to have many friends. Pray for the newly married couple.
20201211
I planted garlic you know. This is originally needed as fertilizer, I didn't give it firstly. To see the result of this test.
I'm happy to talk with friends by phone or zoom.
I couldn't believe in what Asakura lost, but he seemed to feel better, having a fun time then. That's really cool. I like his CM of nomu sirika, too.
I read an article which said like it's tiring to see others happiness too much on SNS. I see how they feel. But we are in the same boat. Everyone knows Jeff Bezos of Bezonomics asset is 15000000000000 JPY and almost nobody is sad to see it. But, Japan uses 20000000000000 to recover the nuclear accident since 2011. Amazon of the US got our nation's really important position.
It's been a while that a student heard from me about reconstruction of Fukushima or private experience under this disaster since 11th of Mar., 2011.
Writing just one topic of ones that I talked, it's one of things to recover Fukushima that people live as is usual with them than what to do for recover Fukushima. It's great as everyone is. Respectfully and friendly. It's finished recovering when the last person smiles. I did with ZOOM for the first time since 2011. I'd done it before 2011 to talk in English. Sometimes little by little.
I began to write a very short diary everyday since 2017 and then I began to write a long diary one post one week with a photo.
Recently I began to broadcast a video everyday. I think it's OK to do it as ordinary people, not only great one historically.
I'm just a person. Ordinary. I don't have a subject specialised as my study for the time being. I'm rather be general. So, I don't want to write a thick book now.
If I become professional someday, I'd like to do to be helpful for the world. That's why, now I'm happy to read books and write a magazine and make a Youtube lecture for 3 minutes. There is the truth in the process of life.
That's why, I don't want to depend on elderly great people who express as job, as much as I can. It's needed that I have a will to walk by my practice in just my opinion. I hope to live as appropriate life. You see my English ability. It's shortage. ha ha ha. I'd like make an effort more. Never give up.
I like a song called, Machi no soko by eastern youth (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ilUtaTAMxI) that means, living at the bottom of a town. They say like "Living! Living! At the bottom of a town! "
20201205
We finally visited a cafe kaeru (flog) and toco toco coffee at Ogawa town where we live. 10 years since then. 10 years is long. We did it. We'd like to spend a fun time on many days. In the bright future, we want to make it as happiness.
We, modern people, lost old life of wisdom or knowledge and we don't have opportunities to hear so many small wisdom from people who have much experience. Now is under pandemic.
So I study and hear folklore more and more, and then, want to share knowledge that ancestors talked at a fire place on a village. I continue to talk it in FACEBOOK and YOUTUBE as a fireplace with a tea. Surely, I like other subjects, philosophy or cultural anthropology or literature or knowledge of other countries, too.
By the way, Miyamoto Kouji who is a rock musician was broadcasted by NHK in the morning one month ago. I like his song which is called "ガストロンジャー(maybe, the spelling like, "Gastronger") with Dragon Ash.
He sings like, "Hey you! What do you think about recent Japan?" "Let's go to unmask!" "It was a theme of prosperity in those days!" "Chest out!" I like his lyric. "Hallelujah" is also very good. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=45EfwJsJwtk
At Okuma town, I planted garlic a little at our fields and this time we, my wife and I, came back to take care of them, just watching them. A part of leaves' colour changed yellow. It meant lack of nutrition, so I gave them it which I bought it at a new Daiyu Eight in a new shopping mall, "Sakura Mall Tomioka" at the place of the former shopping center Tom-Tom.
One in Okuma found a bear in a surveillance camera in October, so several posters in the roads on Ogawara area in Okuma. But recently nobody finds them and it began to be said like it might be a cat or so in a newspaper, Yomiuri.
Incidentally, the population of farmers in Japan is getting fewer and fewer year by year. 1985, 3460000 people. Now that there are just about 1460000 people. I wonder Japan continues to offer sufficient food for everyone in several ten years.
I began to practice lecturing on folklore or so on Youtube. Hearing radio is effective to keep brain good. I also hear it after recording. I like radio itself basically. But I thankfully got about fifteen subscribers on Youtube these three days.
Until 2035, the govern wants to ban that companies make gasoline cars newly from Mainichi newspaper.
This year. Almost media news was telling about corona virus which deprived our life time with friends and thought. So, we spend much time to see movies, enjoying ourselves. Have a great weekend.
20201128
Great buddhism statue. There is this in Ogawa machi (town) in Iwaki city, where we live now. I read about this temple, Choufukuji (長福寺), and found this temple and Suwa shrine in this town have been related with us from Okuma town since once upon a time. We might be still nuclear refugees seen from others, but I feel this area is one of our local places, so to speak, home. We also talked about a manga "Usio to Tora" (1990 - 1996). It really let me who 10 years old or 16 years old to spent lots of fun times.
20201124
We found a great ramen restaurant, where was called, Mendokoro (ramen place) "Hyoutan" (gourd). I ate a soy sauce ramen. Additive free. It's in Taira on Iwaki city in Fukushima.
The name is "麺処 瓢たん" (めんどころ ひょうたん; Mendokoro Hyoutan in Hiragana) in Japanese.
I bought a cotton belly warmer Haramaki for warming the waist and belly while sleeping. It's very helpful. Black colour feels me modern. A little bit, a new style for me. Takada Midori who is a writer and Ito Chie who is an editor on our magazine WELTGEIST FUKUSHIMA, writes an article to join a tour of cotton harvest in Nihonmatsu city in Fukushima.
Speaking COVID19, in Taiwan and Korea there seems to be fewer. In Fukushima it's also fewer because 100 positive during one month.
Recently I enjoy watching a movie everyday. It reminds me that I sometimes went to a rental DVD shop in Aizuwakamatsu shi (city). The name is "Geo," in Furukawa machi.
I ate Tonkatsu teishoku at "Murai" of Tonkatsu restaurant. Went to a convenience store Mini stop at Monden machi. Went to a cafe Espoir. I really like eating ramen and sauce katsudon at Shioe (しおえ in hiragana) in Mondenmachi. etc. etc.
Shinjiro Koizumi, environmental minister talks about decarbonation. Renewable energy systems etc. comparatively with EU or US or China or so. He wants people to use EV cars. Okuma machi (town) also thinks about carbon neutral. For the time being, agricultural machines might be very high in EV, but wondering a big change until 2050.
A photographer Shibata Keiko holds a personal exhibition with her photos at a museum, where might be called in English, like, Museum of Kasuga Forest culture at Kasuga, Ibigawa chou (town) on Ibi gun (county) in Gifu prefecture.
A kanji 馬 is written reversed. It's called, "Hidari uma," which brings many customers and thought as a lucky charm. Also, do you know a Japanese pronunciation as "nmai" ? It's written "う゜まい" because the pronunciation is "nm" like [ng] or [ŋ].
20201122
With a sigh, the sky in the day time and night time is so beautiful. Walking easily in my house and studying Dutch, I was wondering how people in those days of prehistoric felt their own hairstyles because I often have long hair like some of them as ponytail or tied back, hearing French music "Acrobates" by L. E. J (2018). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QQi_dR6GiSU
I wrote now "Shiba shiba" in Japanese post. Shiba means "repeat," so "Shiba shiba" means "Often (Yoku or tabitabi or shibashiba)." There was an old waka, "Kiyoki kawara ni chidori shiba naku." (Plovers often sing around a pure river). Talking about muscles, to get fresh air is important by ventilation in the world of this Covid19. So, yakiniku (barbeque, grilled meat) becomes popular because of their ventilation system at the restaurant. Mainichi newspaper says so, but we know it from the very first. I'm not sure it's effective to avoid virus.
Recently I don't train muscles so much, but I continue to train swinging, grabing, and marathon, shadow boxing, always. Finally, 12000km I jogged. To repeat is really important. Little by little. Every little helps. To increase punching speed by jab. It might be not so useful nowadays, but just feel better. Body's ability. I'd like to live modest and quiet.
I live after 11th of March, 2011. That's why, I prepare a lot just in case something happens. In the US, such people who are called "Preppers" or "Surviverism." I imagine much caned food inside a garage, but latest people use Internet and so many items and skills. It's modern.
However, life is not all that the has daily and survivalism goods. Design and fashion let our lives to be bright and smart. At this post, let's learn about hair style in Japan.
Hair reminds me a historical person whose name is Watanabe Kanae who is from Nishi Aizu machi (town) and works as a doctor and diet member. He made a group whichi is called, "Fujin Sokuhatsu Kai" (Women Tied Hair Group).
Kanae was a friend of Ishikawa Eisaku who translated "An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations" (The Wealth of Nations) by Adam Smith.
In Edo era or early Meiji era, women's hairstyle (Nihon Gami : Japanese Hair) was so difficult that Kanae hopes women to feel freedome and hygiene by new hairstyle (Sokuhatsu : Tied Hair). Therefore, women easily slept from this time. "England hair or Italian hair" etc. caucht on.
A great doctor, Noguchi Hideo had surgery of his hand by Kanae. Also, writing hairstyle, a law was issued called "Sanpatsu Dattou Rei (Order to have people's hair cut and not to have a sword)" in Meiji era. It's about not only women but all people. Farmer, businessman, or so. Everyone.
People in Edo sang a song ironically like, "If you had your head to hit, it sounds civilization and enlightment." I think, it's needless to say, you know.
The proverb, "You can't new wine into old bottles" or "Neither do men put new wine into old wine-skins" (Matthew 9:17) Surely, there was resistance from old societies firstly.
A hair style of Edo and Meiji, "Souhatsu Nadetsuke" resembles slicked back hair among women. It's also close to WARU or Japanese Yankee as popular fashion. You know well, "Mullet hairstyle" in a TV drama called Full House in 1980s.
The impression might be like a hair style of Yamada Takayuki (1983-) who is a famous actor in Japan at a movie, "Crows Zero" directed by Miike Takashi. I have had my hair cut like him 10 years ago. I like his expression.
In Edo era, Ogata Kouan did like his hair cut. The hair style called generally in Japan, Souhatsu Nadetsuke. (Like, "all hair flow back"). His private school was really great. Fukuzawa Yukichi or Ootori Keisuke grew up at his school.
In Meiji era people in Japan made a new political system and they expected the govern or leaders to change a lot of old points. To be new sounds better always, but it's not all. You know "Tradition." Then, whichi one is better? That depends on circumstances. Anyway, if people know the new hairstyles are almost the same as Jomon era, prehistoric era? Interesting. That's to repeated.
The hair style of Okuma machi (town) was Susuki (miscanthus) in autumn. Ushi murete Ogawa wo wataru Susuki kana - Meisetsu. (Many cows pass a small river beside miscanthus sinensis - especially, white ones). The waka looks like modern people or humankind oneself.

One day I was driving in a yellow wood in Iwaki city, it was beautiful nature. Many things happened this year. Almost things I forgot not to be needed, so I feel better. I get a different forgetting as individual from doing as society. When ordinary one forgets anything bad, the one might feel better. When a society forgets anything bad, the society might cause it again.
As a society, the world should know a fact that 2 people of workers to reconstruct Fukushima with a tractor died of accidents when operating them on a dangerous slope place. So, people died of reviving Fukushima are not only nuclear workers but agriculture, farmers in Fukushima. Almost people in Japan don't know it.
During private time, I study 20 languages daily. For example, Chinese resembles Korean. They resemble Japanese. Especially, Kanji is a big common point. Japanese ancestors passed us to easily study languages. Now that it might be English, but surely the two languages are also helpful for Japan. English, French, German dictionaries written in Japan mainly started since Meiji era (Edo era has but a few).
A translator Motoki Shouzaemon wrote the first English Japanese dictionary in Japan (1811). He was a son of Motoki Yoshinaga who was a translator in Nagasaki to trade with people from Netherlands.
Rangaku : The study of Dutch or of Western sciences through the medium of the Dutch language, is not only to study Dutch language but to study European sciences and culture.
Aoki Konyou is thought as the first official scholar of Rangaku. Aoki is a confucian (It was one study like common knowledge in those days) and Agronomist (Agricultural scientist). That's why, he wrote a book of sweet potatoes.
Sakurai Kazutoshi belongs to a rock band, which is called,"Mr. Children" sings like at a song,"Asia," "Asian beat The east and west are full of chaos." "Asian tune Little by little, people understand that pride we should keep and defend is called, Love." This album "Atomic Heart" is historically the best seller in Japan.
Tsuushin Karaoke culture began in Japan in 1990s. I think, it might be translated,"Songs data transmission karaoke." Anyway, I went to Karaoke "Hibiki (means Echo)" at Okuma town when I was a child. Since 14 years old or 16 years old. (Karaoke by disc itself began in Kobe in 1970s. ) (If in Tomioka, Jiyuukan [means freedom building].)
For example, Mr.Children and Dreams Come True walk with karaoke culture and so many people in the world nowadays. I think it's close to folklore to be studied in the near future. Because Misuchiru's album "Atomic Heart" was sold triple million and it means many people sing it by karaoke.
Journalists or so in Fukushima who take photos especially area of off limits and they aim to have how terrible ghost town or so, but we as refugees or people who know good old days as the last generation can see how great and happy we live there.
Two friends said to me like, "You should come our rock band as vocalist." I said yes. The two were a drummer and bassist. Also, I easily told Y kun how to play the guitar. A drummer of other band M and Y told me how to play the guitar at Junior high school. Then, I practiced how to play the guitar with singing by myself. Now I can sing two songs of Mr.Children's immediately, playing the guitar.
Incidentally, when I visited Maui, friends invited me to a restaurant of Yakiniku and Karaoke. Everyone had a fun time. I sang two songs, "Creep" by Radiohead and "Help" by Beatles and perhaps, "Live forever" by Oasis.
I remember a man sang a song called, Wanted Dead Or Alive by Bon Jovi. The song's name I looked up and got it this week in 2020. I'd like to sing the song next karaoke. A word ,"To ride" reminds me a song "Gasorin no yurekata" by Blanky Jet City.
After moving to Iwaki city, my wife Hiroko often sings by karaoke in Iwaki city. When in AIzu W. she belonged to a great jazz band in Aizu, so she knows jazz songs. For example, I remember she sang a song called, "You'd be so nice." (by Cole Porter in WW2) at Kazemachi tei in Aizu W.
Ten years is passing now in 2020 since 2011. So many things happened and we experience through them. It was really hard, but I feel it's great to have a house to come home, just like paradise, to come home to and love.
When 11th of March, 2011 in Fukushima, I brought an old book of new testament published, in old Japanese and English, in 1948. It says in the first epistle general of John, "God is love. "
In addition to, in Buddhism, there are words called, maitreya; karuṇā. It was brought to Japan as 慈悲(Ji hi). Those two words mean differently but together used usually. In my English ability, it might say like, "empathy or compassion" etc.
Also, an important conception for Japanese, which is called, "Iki 😊 i k i) by Kuki Shuzo, philosopher," has those two words JI HI, I guess so, but I have yet to study iki well. It's just a memo.

Delicious Oden in winter, my wife cooked (then I washed dishes always). This week has a day when I had a back ache because I guessed I slept differently from usual. I guess the reason why is that I ate food before sleeping.
I recently like to shadow boxing or swing like golf, wooden sword, and bat. But running is the best. Marathon makes my muscles and bones of legs well. All is hobby or play to be happy. Definitely maybe.
I think, this year's new and buzz word that a company U-can chooses should be "The New Normal" (Atarashii seikatsu yousiki or shin seikatsu yousiki). For example, to wear a mask, to wash hands, and alcohol for disinfection, and video phone by Zoom, and not to get together too many. "Social distance" or so might be done but, above all, to move forward. I remember 2 games of MITSUDESU of Koike governor of Tokyo.
Well well, health is precious. I'm thoroughly having a long vacation not to run for 1 or 3 week because my knees have a very small pain now, so before having Iliotibial Band Syndrome (so to speak, Runner's knee).
Bought a car because my car gets rusty too much on the lower part of the car through living in snowy area you know. I didn't order to paint the part every two year and didn't do the maintenance to live in snowy area at all. Next car seems to be like the middle between Ford and Volks Wagen.
Anyway, the car was old from the first when I got. The car has a function to sleep when journey, so I feel lonely a little. The new one is reasonable, stylish, and trendy a little than before. Bought a dashcam (driving recorder), too. But the back monitor doesn't have indication of lines to park in a garage like before because smaller car this time, so I must be careful.
One day, I said like, "At that time," and the time was three years ago, so a friend said like to me, "How is your time sense?" Also, this conversation was more than 10 years ago. Well, now is also. I write a new book about our journey 3 years ago.
I have American coins of 50 states, Maui 2 dollars coin in 2011, and bills (paper money) of Hamilton, Washington, Lincoln, and Jackson. But ones of Grant, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin yet. I like older ones, but like ones now also. I do Euro money a little, too. I want to collect ones in the world little by little.
By the way, a big election has been held lately in a country. Everyone says like that corona virus pandemic has a big affection on the economy. Beige Book says so and terrible recession. I memorised two meanings of a word "count." One is to know number. One is to matter. I wish people smile soon.
What the sky is shining reminds me a Waka called, Hyakunin Isshu (百人一種)(No. 12).
"Amatsukaze kumonokayohidi fukitojiyo wotomenosugata shibashi todomen" (Soujou Henjou)
Meaning O, Wind. Close the road of cloud. Let's put a figure of a heavenly nymph (Ten nyo) on the earth for a while. (I translated it freely)

I am a cat. Some people always say people don't read a book nowadays, but it's not my business. There are so many books in my rooms. Also, recent my hobby is to publish a magazine.
I rarely phone friends from time to time. This time, it might seem to me that almost friends look tired a little by corona pandemic. I pray for what all friends are good.
In EU or the US, people often plan until when they finish their first life as a job then and their second life will begin anytime with super long vacation. Japanese doesn't think about it. Japanese doesn't have such idea at all. I think, Japanese people could think about second life more.
As for me, my second life already began after 2011. So, it's not normal comparatively with other areas in Japan. Then third life might begin after returning to my hometown.
We come to Jouban Yumoto town again. Walked the main street that have several bronze statues as public art. I need a Happy Prince statue in Okuma.
We went a Halal restaurant. Keema curry was really delicious. I think, there is one halal restaurant around here, that is precious.
After that, we walked, seeing there are bronze statues on the main street near the station of Yumoto, as public art.
Then, went to an Onsen water station (where is called, "onsen stand"). The place is just one in Iwaki city.
Firstly, buying a coin (which is called, medal) and inserting its vending machine. It seems about 200 litter 120 JPY or so now. But I don't buy yet, so I'm not sure for that.
Anyway, we thought twice this time because we went to a public office there already where is close to the ashiyu we had. Also, we didn't know whether can buy only a few litters, not 200 litter. I'd like to ask it the next time.
I read an article of Jennifer Doudna, "Strength in stubbornness: A 2020 Nobel winner reflects on her career" by National Geographic. (https://www.nationalgeographic.com/science/2020/10/interview-jennifer-doudna-winner-of-nobel-prize-in-chemistry/)
I agree with her and I thought she encouraged everyone's challenge, work, and hobby. I will remember a word, "Stubbornness" and to overcome "doubts."
I quoted some:
What do you think is your greatest strength?
Oh, probably my stubbornness. I get an idea in my mind and I don’t want to give it up. It’s something that probably hurts me at times, but I think stubbornness is a quality that has allowed me to do a lot of the things that I have done in science.
So what are the biggest hurdles you had to overcome?
Just doubts that I’ve had at various times. Wondering, “Do I really have the ability to become a biochemist and be a successful scientist?” My definition of success was not success in terms of monetary reward or even professional recognition. It was more at the level of, “Can I actually do science that I’m going to be proud of? (abridgement)
Period.
Getting back to our house in Iwaki, I read an article about Buddha on National Geographic. (https://www.nationalgeographic.com/history/magazine/2020/09-10/buddha-birthplace-yields-clues-about-mysterious-life/)
I rewrote it by myself to brush up my English. Of course, I think it's important not to have "obsession" at the same time.
His mother queen washed her body before Buddha was born. It means, ablution, bathing. It was before born, so she knew and did it as custom of her world in those days.
It seems to me, it's similar to have the bath, especially washing own or one's body. Each of Hindu, Islam, Shinto, Christianity etc. has a kind of ceremony to do it.
Gotama Siddhārtha grew up inside a castle, as it were, he had been brought up on a bed of roses or had spent his life in wrapped in cotton wool. His father grew him so.
When Gotama Siddhārtha saw the real world outside, he was shocked. That was why, Gotama thought he wanted to change the world.
Asoka king really helped Buddha to convey buddhism because the king was so sad to see the world after his wars. Therefore, two, Asoka and Gotama prayed for the peace.
It might be because Gotama's father thought the peace inside his castle was peace that Gotama grew up. Also, it might be possible to say, Maya, Gotama's mother grew him up by ablution or bathing.
That reminds me a story, "The Happy Prince" by Oskar Wild. The prince statue has many jewelries, but he and his friend swallow gave them all to poor people. Those jewelries like a greedy and hint to help and come to the heaven.
Above all, the prince like a Gotama because Gotama gave up his all property and position. The swallow was like a sanga of buddhism group.
The prince's heart was made from lead. The word, "lead" means a just thing, but another meaning you know it has like a guide or teacher.
Well, writing this in English, I feel tired a little, so let's finish here for today. I think great readers know what I want to express. What is the meaning of life?

NHK broadcasted, Península de Yucatán, where has another world in the water. Especially there is seen between pure water and sea water. Different colors. One above is light color, so when a diver of scuba swam above direction, it's seen like in the air, blowing bubbles.
At the bottom of the ocean, a small fish doesn't have eyes because of devolution that they don't need anymore since being there. I think, it seems to me like a kind of satori, siddhi, or enlightenment. A small shrimp quietly walks along them.
We went a kind of onsen, where was called, "Ashi yu (あし湯)" in Yumoto machi in Iwaki city in Fukushima. It takes about 20 minutes to go there from our town Ogawa machi in Iwaki city by car.
Ashiyu reminds me that I go to ashiyu onsen in Aizu misato town, from Aizu wakamatsu city before. When going, I walk on the bridge called, Hongou Oohashi (Hongou Big bridge).
Wataru in Japanese is the same an English word, "Cross." So, I cross the bridge then. Once upon a time, to cross the big river is so hard, but nowadays it might be very easy.
But it was really challenging to cross that bridge because very windy and cold in Aizu (Snow area). If I don't concentrate to cross, I might loose my consciousness. I felt lives of people in those days when people don't have a car or so.
So, the river means like different dimension and a place to go to another world. "Wataru" means like so.

1970s. Fukushima's movies there are as one movie on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vCjmPVMTuM
There were so many coalmines in Iwaki city, jouban yumoto town. It was called, Jouban tankou. But oil, petroleum energy finished the coalmines world. 4800 workers were fired. The biggest problem was retirement allowance.
Then, at the same time, 1970s Fukushima nuclear energy system comes to Futaba county (Okuma town and Futaba town). They call nuclear like "Clean energy as peaceful use. " Surely, the US has been related to the energy.
Mainichi newspaper journalist Fujiwara was born around here. Jouban city. 1961.

Well, I found really delicious manjuu (饅頭・まんじゅう), especially, "Karintou manjuu(かりんとうまんじゅう). It was a fried manjuu with anko (Of course, tonkatsu with PANKO is also super delicious).
Ate the manjuu at "Shiraishi (和菓子工房 しら石 湯本中央店)(Wagashi koubou Shiraishi Yumoto Chuuou ten)." https://tabelog.com/fukushima/A0704/A070401/7009501/
Lunch time was at a cafe "Escape." I think it's a good name for here there are onsens. Modern society, people are daily tired, so it's a good idea that everyone comes to this onsen.
Fujiwara Toshinari sang a waka, 「世の中よ道こそなけれ思ひ入る 山の奥にも鹿ぞ鳴くなる - Yononaka yo Michi koso nakere Omoi iru Yamano Oku nimo Shika zo Naku naru (1114~1204)」
The meaning is like, there seems to be not a road to escape in even a mountain because a deer hears crying. So, he expresses, there is no end to worry. He really escaped the world by being a Buddhist priest. Well, we go to an onsen or have the bathtub to enjoy.
To enjoy water in the bathtub, it might be a kind of satori.

I often eat lunch along the river Kumagawa in Okuma town.
I bumped into a wild boar one week ago and I clapped hands, saying like, "Don't come here. You must go to the mountain!" They understand human's sound well, so they went. Also, I hit the horn and they stopped immediately. I guessed, they didn't understand machine's sound and just shocked.
Population of Fukushima will be 1,400,000 until 2040 from 1,800,000 now. Infrastructure must be kept and problems happens to defend villages or fields of crops from disasters by wild animals or weather.
I had been busy very much recently, but from today I don't get busy. What is the meaning of life. It's live free and easy, so even if busy, I don't want to say busy busy. I live as a hard boiled. Of course, just a joke.
Floyd Mayweather said, "I make mistakes. I make mistakes," "When my opponent is sleeping, I'm working," "I'm pushing myself," "Work hard, dedication."
People's lives, Japanese economics, or so are in a critical situation of a pandemic this year, so some people might change their value. City life first or not. Salary first or not. Working hard or not.
In a word, they makes a group that this pandemic of corona virus after 11th of March, 2011 wakes them, who really learns about what (for example) evacuees have some trouble. Also, some people who are tired of modern society change their class to live free and easy. Soft tofu spicy stew is delicious (Korean dish, sundubu).
According to a newspaper, Suga PM said like, It's really important to talk about people's experience about 11th of March, 2011. That sounds good.
By the way, recently a famous university student talked with me on a video phone because she wants to write a study of Fukushima with a teacher in Kansai.
One of many topics that I talked was that a genius in Japan when WW2 about how to making warships made a big mistake and lost. Even monkeys from trees.
He was thought as a god of warship, so nobody thought about the structure of warships. The result was what so many warships sank by an easy attack of torpedo. He put a wall in the middle of ships.
For that, when seawater comes in the ships by attack, the seawater didn't otherside in the ships. Ships couldn't keep good balance, therefore, so easily sank and sank. Indeed, 72% in a kind of warship sank in the case. Also, another big mistake was found by other warship makers.
Anyway, I'm not sure, but they might not have much time to check their structure and the Navy then used them immediately.
The right wing or the left wing, that is a problem, people might think so from time to time, but actually, both might be needed to keep a great country, if no political, I want to say it's good to have a balance for healthy life, in my opinion.
Right hands and left hands, it's important to handshake. Surely, during pandemic of corona virus, might be needed by elbow or bow.
Moreover, the US was great because they made warships, damage control them. They made ships not to sink easily then. Japanese ones were like a kamikaze and it was a big fault.
In my opinion nowadays, to survive is the best to live free and slow, thinking how to keep safe and healthy.
She as a student said like my magazines were great, especially, one that is written my dreams that I actually dreamt and one that is written my poems.
So, I came up with an idea to continue to write my dream's. Firstly, I remember one one month ago. It was like when I was swimming as a fish, bonito, in the pure river, feeling good.
A dream divination says like it's a fortune to develop my ability and when getting luck.

This photo is a memorable one because it was taken on the middle of March in 2011. When other family leaves for their relatives, but they never don't want to do so. They wanted to be with us as the same hometown's people. I rarely wonder how are they doing now?
Today I ate McDonald's hamburgers. Kimura Takuya sings lately like "Drive through de choi Mc ♪" on a CM. Also, he sings like, "Yacchae Nissan."
Those meanings are guessed like, "Let's drop in McDonald." and "Don't worry about bad news (For example, his news, needless to say. I don't mention to the news anyway)
Tokyo pronunses "Mc (mac)" and Kansai pronunses "Makudo (makudo)" and the UK prnunses "McDonaldo" and the US does like "MicDarno." Everyone does diversity.
Recently one of my friends has been consulting me how to quit drinking. I'm always ready to say it if everyone listens to my opinion and many reasons.
I think we have one thing that is happier than drinking. It is to have a bathtub, so to speak, (O) FURO.
I have learned about how to fire an old furo, it's called, furotaki 風呂焚き or furo mosu 燃(も)す from my mother, who is a kind of genius.
Because she memorises all places names in Japan, where has special products. She knows best 3rd at each places. I was really surprised then. Also, she liked to read dictionaries and books of stones or herbs or vitamins and folklore so on.
I remember sounds of firing twigs under an old type of bathtub in my house.

Changing the subject. Nowadays people think horses as several images. For example, eating, race, and fighting, ceremony or so.
Eating some horse meat is popular among almost people without vegetarians. Recently, a Japanese woman as a champion of bikini - fitness world Japan.
Yasui Yuri likes eating it very much in order to make her body well. After eating she feels horse meat is really effective. Surely, she thinks chicken also good, but horse one is the best to her feeling now. (Instagram https://www.instagram.com/yuri.yasui.98/?hl=ja)
Then, once upon a time, A.D. 1274. Genghis Khan made the biggest country in the world historically. He is not Alexander. He is Genghis Khan.
His grandson is Kublai Khan, who attacked Japan two times, but both were evacuated because Bushi groups counterd very much, riding a horse and a long bow.
Then, the second war, Bushi groups did so many guerrilla attacks against Kubilai groups on an island of Shikanoshima and Ikinoshima and on their old ship.
In the second war. 150000 soldiers of Great Khan (People in Japan calls it 元; Gen. Their attacks was called as 元寇; Genkou). Then, a typhoon attacked Khan's groups, too.
The proof is a picture, emaki and Khan's book. So, that is why, I'm not sure, it's a sure fact, but I guess so because Khan thinks so, not only Japan. Khan writes Bushi makes groups.
Japanese people thought Bushi is not good at making a big group, but their thought might be not correct by recent study.
Also, my hometown was a han called, "Souma" its kanji is 相馬 means, horse seeing. The meaning might be a doctor of a horse because Chinese old sentence writes 馬相 (basou) and the meaning is the same.
That reminds me, 手相 (hand divination, fortune telling, te sou).

Red spider lily (Lycoris radiata) in Okuma town in Fukushima, where I work usually (But the space is not all of there. I do at just several % area as a specialized place to reconstruct by the govern because the govern doesn't decontaminate yet at the left big area, therefore, a local newspaper writes several tons of articles about it).
I finished planting seeds of garlics at my original house, at two kitchen gardens, comparatively higher radiation level and very lower level: both are no problem, but I want to learn the really small difference between them. The last of the spring next year garlics will be harvested. Plowing with a hoe let me tired. It seemed to be effective, so I think I'm gonna train Kendou with a wooden sword. I have learned it from an old friend as a Kendou teacher.
I concentrated to memorise devanagari characters in Hindi and Sanscrit as bonji in Bongo in Japan for 3 hours each of these three days. Our ie (家) seems to have a belief of Shingonshu (真言宗) by Kuukai (空海), so I learn Chuten sound (中天音) in Bonji, but several hundred years ago we might have Jodoshu or Tendaishu.
Well, anyway, I memorise it in order to learn about Japanese buddhism. About Hindi, in order to learn about culture in India. Surely, I try to memorise Chinese, Korean, Russian and so on, too everyday. Starui, starraya, starrae..iponitsu, iponka..

This photo is a rice field that is close to Hayagriva, so to speak, Ba tou kan non. There is a batoukannon by the river here. It might be because a corner of a village and its place is close to "That place as not this world." The river is, too. I feel recently the river is like a dragon because of flooding this era. In my opinion, people are questioned how awe or fear people feel about the nature, not to think control it perfectly. Takeda Hisayoshi who is a son of Ernest Sato who is from England writes about Japanese stone monument, especially about "dousojin" which might be an old Japanese belief before buddhism or shinto, in Japanese. He writes about batoukannon a little, too. Of course, Yanagita Kunio writes, too. Batoukannon might be believed as a god, by people who love animals in Edo era in Japan

It takes a lot of time and labor to turn poor earth that is sandy and the administrative workers brought here into rich soil. I spreaded seeds of a white clover as green manure.
One might always think why the one doesn't have anything that the one wants. That's probably life. That's like roman as thinking about anything that the one doesn't have then.
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry says, ”When you give yourself, you receive more than you give."
Already things we have are so great that we easily forget. I have family. I have friends. I have books. I have languages that I study. I live in Japan. I live in the earth. I eat delicious food.
It depends on myself whether the food that I eat everyday is delicious or not. Life would be the same as food, book, music, movie, air, ...surely, friendship or time or etc.
People realise how important something is after they loose it. All things are just things, but if you are with them, the things will be different things because there are the things for you.
Usually, give and take or concession might be said it's important here, but I challenged anything new to say as my diary.
Shibusawa Eiichi makes his successful career day by day, but his era beats his mind again because Hitotsubashi Yoshinobu has the last shogun's position and Satsuma and Choshu begins to think it can't help but finishing Tokugawa bakufu.
Shibusawa's master becomes the last shogun and his position becomes far down. He is really depressed. Although we know his great success in the future, he feels depressed deeply then. Surely he never gives up. Incidentally, Miyazaki Hayao likes reading Saint-Exupéry's works.
Well, you know the old saw about every crisis being an opportunity in disguise.
Also, so to speak, there might be many generation gaps here and there, sense, feeling, or thought etc. It lets me to think a lot recently. Like, people are in own circumstances.

Delicious to eat some bread is baked by myself. I used flour for French bread this time.
These two days, I watched two dramas, Ryomaden and Shirasu Jiro, by NHK. These dramas will be not broadcasted since today because a popular actor got arrested by a kind of weed.
Those dramas are stories as people lived in cataclysmic eras, the last of Edo period or after WW2. Their fields of view were big. What to live. What to let Japan to be. etc. In another side, there were scenes that some people were jealous of them, Ryoma or Jiro.
Nowadays, Suga Shikao sings like this;
"We have been 'On your marks. Ready. Go!' but when seeing anyone got off on the wrong foot, I ridiculed in my mind." ("Progress" by kōkua, BMG JAPAN, 2006)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbSZFz3NrRs
It's like on SNS in modern times. If seeing anyone else steps out of life, it might be about time to think about own life in shame, who is not challenging.
This reminds me, a Jesus's story, "First stone" against a woman who has committed a sin. Also, what everyone has gone meant that everyone there in those days had an ability to think.
Incidentally, it's not all that perfect people in life teach people because meaningful education is for example to teach or think with them, how recover from PTSD or serious dependence.
I had experienced alcohol's and smoking cigarettes' because of PTSD by nuclear accident in 2011, for 2 years or so, but I recovered and it shows on TV many times. Now that I quit both already.
Of course, firstly it was very hard to quit and it took many months to make up my mind. With failures.
Recently it seems there are activities to hear stories from people who recover them, so I'd like to continue to write about it if anything reminds me stories.
In actress or actor's world, they sometimes tend to empathize own roles too much and have mental disease. Theaters or so industry should have ways to recover. For example, Heath Andrew Ledger's case.
In French, a word, "Bread" is written "Pain" means having trouble or having difficulty in English. So, I'd like to think here, that having a hard time means to have bread or to see how anyone else feels who has a hard time is to live in life.

Surrounding music by insects in autumn like being hugged by cotton. That mountain. Maybe, mizuishi yama mountain (means "water stone" since it's said it has a stone will not wither on the top with water) as one of beautiful Fukushima 100 great mountains? In any case, I feel how people see buddhism, Kami, or God inside the nature.

It's like when 100 powerful men use a plow for many hours. Many countries continue to develop this machine, tractor. Lamborghini makes a tractor. https://www.lamborghini-tractors.com/en-nd/
My father and I exchanged old tractor's parts for new ones which were the best one in this kind of rotaries. Surely, if you buy a bigger tractor with a bigger rotary, you could put better ones. But we foot the bill of this work, so no way from the balance the budget.
Long years ago, that thin wire to avoid much weed inside rotary and that black gum sheet to avoid much mud inside were inventions. So to speak, much weed and mud, people must get rid of every time.
While paying at an agri machine shop, I was reading about Shibusawa Eiichi who was called "Father of Japanese capitalism." He lived in Edo and Meiji era. His house has just a smaller agri land than ours, but his village was a great location to deal with and his father's new business was successful.
When Shibusawa Eiichi was young, firstly he himself tried to drive out people from other countries, that the action was called, "Joui 攘夷" but after seeing a war between Satsuma han and the UK he thought the gap of force power between both groups. Therefore, he finished thinking of it. Until the page, I finished reading then.
Meanwhile, I who live in modern era saw this video by Mr. Children touched my heart. It says like nobody knows why one button of his was left and more hopeful people have more hopeless people have, but let's move forward, playing, playing, and playing your music.
"Kurumi" by Mr. Children (25th single, 2003, Toy's factory)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Um_xMmE8OA
I thought how Shibusawa thought about what the world should be. He seemed that meritocracy was better than class system. I imagined people who were general in those days and those eras.
I heard from Akasaka Prof., that private people who have food or so daily give poor people them once upon a time. Also, they didn't pretend to be people who give.

I was thinking of life on the ocean and seashore, for example, surfing, so reading history of surfing and body board.
(Nippon or Nihon means Japan) Nippon Surfing Association (NSA)'s website says about surfing history. I briefly wrote it in English to practice English.
Surfing is one of ancient polynesian culture in Hawaii and Tahiti since about A.D 400. Therefore, humankind does it for 1600 years. It seems according to Internet information that Japan has a kind of an old surfing culture as "Itako nori."
People has been fishing on a canoe. When returning, they ride waves. Generally, it has been thought so. Surfing board was called like, Olo, Alaia, and Paipo. The three boards are wooden. That is to say, surfing is one of fishing culture.
In Hawaian, people call riding a wave "He'e Nalu." Ancient poems sing about He'e Nalu. Men and women. For example, it's like as a duel among knights. For example, a story of a woman who is sad because she got married with one who lives in mountains, so she was far from the seashore.
Among people in Europe, a captain James Cook firstly found people surfing, but missionaries banned surfing and fired boards because of missionaries of a thought. So, it's thought the accident is the end of ancient surfing.
On 1900s, surfing revives. The place was in Hawaii. A person George conveys surfing to California and helped seven Japanese people in the ocean as a life saver. NSA thinks In Japan, surfing starts after WW2. Incidentally, in France, 1960s by Joël de Rosnay.
In my case, my host family and a Japanese friend told me how to bodyboard. I spent a great time. Some waves swallowed me up. I must overcome horror of wave firstly because of tsunamis on 11th of March, 2011 in Fukushima, so I did bodyboard for a short time for several days. It's one of my good old memories.
Bodyboard origin is in Hawaii in early 1970s, however, you know wooden boards of Paipo, Alaia, Olo are close to a bodyboard.
It seems that it's difficult to bodyboard than surfing because of the size is smaller, but I felt it's not far from me than surfing. I'm not sure I will continue to do, but I think it's fun to see surfers or fishers in the ocean and seashore, then, I like writing like this as a kind of literature or folklore about the ocean and people. That's maika'i.
Also, there are pool floats, kick boards, and buoyancy. A word buoyancy has a meaning of resilience.

"A Russian word「Бабушка」in Japan"
One day I found some people in Japan used its word as a meaning of an "old woman," "scarf," and their pronunciation was "babooshka."
But I was suspicious the word might be misunderstood and its correct meaning was "grandmother."
"Grandmother" and "Old woman." These have a different inclusive relationship as the words and such facts. I thought so.
I checked up my Russian textbook which said like the pronunciation of Бабушка (babushka) was like "Barbshka."
Also, it seemed to me Russian people pronounced it on Internet, more than 10 people did like "Barbshka," not "Babooshka."
I googled "Babushka" in Roman letters and they offered an article of "Babushka Lady" about JFK. Also, a British picture book writer Sandra Ann Horn writes "Babushka" in English, who seems to be from the UK.
I had an idea. It might be an English word, so I looked it up in my English Japanese dictionary. There was the word, "babushka" and the meaning was like "old woman" and "scarf."
I got it.
The word "Бабушка" went through the USA and became "Babooshka" came to Japan. Then, some people in Japan used it as "old woman" or "scarf" like being used in the US.
Otherwise, firstly, Russian word has all meanings. Just different pronunciation between the Russia and the US. Also, "Barbshuka" in Russian has a basic meaning as grandmother and "Babooshka" in the US has a basic meaning as old woman and scarf.
In my opinion, I guess, papa, barba, haha, father, mom, etc., they are from voice of babies. Even if it's whether truth or not, everyone were babies and everyone's conversations sound like voices of babies, even if political arguments, when everyone has this idea.
Incidentally, the Russian word Бабушка looks like "Baby." Well, well. The world could be generous society.
If you know the Russian word well, could you enlighten us?
---
After this post, I looked up my Russian dictionary which said, "Grandmother," and "Old woman" without "Scarf."

We are like pioneers at a frontier though our home here. I felt like opening a can of spam meat of Hawaii, not a can of spaghetti at two hearted river.
Today we got rid of much mud from agricultural chanel at Okuma in Fukushima as my service instead of public enterprise because the place is in front of our land and this time is just a challenge. Wild boars often destroy fields.
After my father operated a power shovel, I did it with a scoop. If without his machine, its job was no way in a short time. I really thought today I was just gonna change a bucket of a power shovel with a new ratchet of an impact driver and a bar.
I look forward to eating sashimi of Seriola quinqueradiata now (Japanese amberjack or five ray yellowtail). I put a short video on the comment section of this post.
20200827
When my father was young, he was a professional engineer about engines about vessels until 500 ton.
500 ton in this case is the same as about Kanrinmaru (咸臨丸) of Fukuzawa Yukichi in Keio Uni. the first head and founder and for example, Teshio class patrol vessel of Japan Coast Guard.
He joined vessels for a pelagic fishery (Bonito) and often went to other countries, speaking in English, living mainly Shizuoka or Tokyo, playing bowling with a student of Keio Uni.
I think, it's incredibly rare as a countryman in Fukushima. I take my hat off to him (Needless to say, sometimes, quarrels. It's a point to laugh). He says he forgets English and detailed knowledge of engines, but told me about an engine of our tractor to keep a good engine.
It was the first time that Japanese people by Kanrinmaru went to America, 1980. I also went to the US 2011, Maui in Hawaii. To me, AMERICA is a super big country. However, Japan is about 3000 km. It's longer than the distance from the south of Spain to the north of the UK.
It's the longer than the distance from Montreal to New Orleans and then to Mexico. Then, I jogged 11400 km for recent 3 years and a half. But my father is familiar with agriculture, so I don't think I have a won about the ocean and the land of agri. I think I want to learn the US or the overseas.
This time, I wrote this in English, but it's not all because it's too long. All is in Japanese in the same post. If you change your language to Japanese in Facebook, the post in Japanese will show.

The height of summer. I spend everyday in reading novels and study languages or etc., taking advantage of days of Stay home. Almost people are afraid of Tokyo because about 300 infected everyday there.
A TV channel says a scholar Okada Harue likes モス (Mos) by サカナクション (Sakanaction) because the song lyric conveys "Minority." That lyric says like "Not knowing you, I don't care about you. I don't imagine and guess about you. I just bring you and become a butterfly as a minority if you remember me."
We went to a cafe, where is called, "Carrot (キャロット)" in Iwaki city. It's been a while to come a cafe for a pandemic of SARS-CoV-2. So, I've made up my mind to come cafes since recently because the number of people infected with Covid-19 are actually few in Fukushima (100 or so at total).
Our kitchen garden in Okuma needs an electric fence because there are wild boars as the same as other local places in Japan, especially, a public enterprise sets many traps because the number of wild boars is more here. But the price for a small space is about 50,000 JPY. It seems to be not easy to offer Japanese food.
Mainich newspaper says about WW2 that is like, a strafing happened when a woman got rid of small insects in rice outside. I guessed the insects were waxworms and maize weevils. It means the rice without chemical things and it might be old rice. Also, she seemed to treasure it. Food is precious anytime. Incidentally, if one maize weevil walks outside, it's cute. Human being and insects both eat food, bread and rice, anyway.
A pitcher finally had a win in 2 years. I thought what a long period for a professional baseball player. It must be really hard until winning. Also, he must keep on making a great effort to continue to have his best performance. Of course, you know all sports are so, but if it is own life, it'd be not so very easy.
An old book of self enlightenment says, if you think which is your life, "Circle," "X mark," or "Triangle." Almost people answered "Triangle" then. It means, like "So so. 60 or 70 % satisfaction." Circle means like more than 80 %. X mark means like "Not good" in this case. The author says like, people should think as Circle.
Before this topic, it's not sure now there are human being in the planet in 100 years. I think people should think about letting this world to continue in 100 years and I think since when I read the book, I regard my everyday is Circle. Let's live in the present.

This is our mini tomato plant. We just have a fun time to pick them sometimes.
I often enjoyed watching videos by fighters on Youtube. They are so cool. I also like marathon very much because I can do it. A body is like a consumable item. That's why it might be fun to see them. I think sports are like a kind of literature or life.
After putting gasoline into my car, while I washed it, a woman of neighbor gave me some Japanese eggplants and cucumbers because she grew them too many.
Then I was tired but thanks to her present I was glad. After that, ate a bowl of eel and rice, called, "Unadon" my wife cooked. Incredibly delicious.
I found a blue pheasant. He is called, "Kiji" in Japanese. The pheasant are designated as a Japan's national bird, but legally hunting it is OK here.
Suntory's website about birds says, "Chichi haha no shikiri ni koishi kiji no koe" by Matsuo Basho. He thought about Gyoki's one, "Yamadori no horohoro to naku koe kikeba chich ka tozo omou haha ka to zo omou."
These say like,"Birds songs sound like parents voices to them (Basho and Gyoki). It's Obon now, so what these songs are shown might be a spiritual power in a sense, by people's ancestors. Because pheasants defend their children absolutely instead of parents' lives.
Memento mori. Kanjizai. Namamidabutsu. Thankful.

Happy to study languages and so on.
I keep agricultural land good as a public enterprise in Fukushima's off limit area, with my tractor. I thought it was an honor under the pine tree at Okuma town. In every era there has been ancestors, so the future has come.
Absolutely to prevent a tractor's rollover I must be careful to operate anytime. The angle is thought it's dangerous about 20 or 25° because I feel so thought it's just my prediction.
I myself checked engine oil, belt, oil leakage, and cooling water of my tractor.
While I talked with my family etc., maybe one of two foreigners got out of their crane truck and talked to me, bra bra etc. I didn't understand their words at all first.
But I got it finally. They spoke in Japanese, like, "(Brabra) Kaitori dekimasu." I understood what they wanted to say. They wanted our machines.
Firstly I said like "Ie ie," but they continued to say the same, so I said in English, clearly and slowly, "No, thank you.Bye bye, bye." They seemed to be surprised a little to hear that. And, they got back to their car.
I guess they don't understand Japanese, but they do English. Anyway, they came to ours several times though we don't like them at all. We never need strange business men inside off limit area.
Incidentally, Japanese perilla (Oba, shiso) at a high area at my house in Okuma was OK (I didn't at low area, because an experiment and wanted a data), though detected a little radiation, but it was below the standard value (Japanese one is stricter than other countries).
Also, mini tomatoes were all right because the radiation was not detected by the machine of Okuma public office. These were the same as my assumption. Then, I am going to grow perilla at a lower area.
On the other hand, Natui river which is the biggest one in Iwaki city and the predicted flood was seriously terrible, but the latest news say like, big shovels got rid of much soil from the bottom of the river, so the river can have more water than before. I'm so relieved to see that. Of course, climate change has been gradually serious, so we must think more and more.
Also, usual virus's right name is "SARS-CoV-2" and the disease is "COVID-19." Japanese people usually say, "corona ka (コロナ禍)." Paolo Giordano says like it's caused by environmental destruction. So to speak, virus lost their position in nature and it found their place inside human.
TV news say like, in Russia, some people from cities begin to buy a house with garden called, "дача (dacha)" in countries to avoid SARS-Cov-2. The owners are called, "дачник (dachinic)." I from off limit zone thought they might look like Самосёлы (Samashor) in an old sense as "People with freewill, not stopping at one place." I think it's a good idea. It might be an opportunity for many people in cities to know how safe decontaminated zone in those places.
Anyway, I hope the virus becomes attenuation ASAP. Until then, all medical workers have hardship. We cheer for them. In every era and land ancestors there were, so the future of humankind has come.

I myself cooked shortbread which is a traditional Scottish biscuit because I found Walkers' ones have been sold at a convenience store on Okuma town last year and they were really delicious to me. I think my one is the same taste as Walkers' since it's the simple recipe. Butter, salt, sugar (I used beet sugar this time) , plain white flour. Rooibos tea goes well with shortbread. Rooibos is from the Cederberg mountains in the South Africa.

Recently I find orange lilies while marathon around here.
It's been a while to be phoned from an old friend "Tea" who has been a friend since when we were mid 20s and who reads novels and likes marathon. We are alike. I'm glad to hear that he is pretty good in Tokyo where is not perfectly safe from that virus today. I don't have a smartphone yet, don't know LINE, or so.
I consciously turn off an air conditioner to use it for some hours, not too long, and I did marathon indoor, so really got sweaty. It was useful for me to recover meteoropathy. It might be close to cooling disorder.
That's why, inside my head is very clear. Surprised to got well immediately because I had trouble of it for some weeks. If I keep it up, it'll let me to be happy. Of course, people's environment or circumstances are complicated and diversity.
Checking up my diary, I began to marathon since January 2019, so I used an air conditioner too much at my room when I marathon at rainy season before summer and at typhoon season in autumn. When I walk very much, I did outdoor in summer or so. That was why I got meteoropathy for two years.
2011 Maui for 3 months Aloha initiative.
2012 Aizu for 7 years. Volunteer. My wife. Nakashima.
2013 Began a writer at a company by a prof. of folklore.
2014 Greece travel. Magazine. Nakasuji.
2015 Magazine's publishing.
2016 Okinawa for 2 months.
I have been doing multitasking since January last year, so marathon and multitasking are the same period. Some people say multitasking is not so good sometimes. I hear their advice and do it well. Training muscles, miso soup, and working have been since 2019 in my case. I walked for 2 years before 2019. I prefer my work is speedier. Surely, tasting an expression of novels, music, or so.
In any case, noughties and twenty tens are finished.
I'm not chased by time.
I'd like to spend time as much as I like.

I'm happy that I made 1.5 loaf of bread by using a bread maker and with strong flour and hemp seed flour for the first time. I was surprised that was really easy. It means what I don't have to buy any kinds of bread that I don't like very much.
When the atmospheric pressure drops or heavy rainy rainy season, I sometimes have meteoropathy. So, not only agoraphobia, but it. Also, it's unavoidable to use an air conditioner, cooler or de-humidification. NHK says, it's helpful to get sweaty lightly. I understand why one becomes it is because one recovers one's instinct.

This week I watched several workers put raw concrete made by a concrete mixer truck, to make a parking area etc. Fukushima has a history of raw concrete since the latter of Meiji era.
It's not so easy to refrain from having coffee, regardless of caffeine or decaf (decaffeinated). I try to do it several years ago. I'd like to continue to make an effort of it. I'm careful of unintentionally working too hard.
I browsed supermarkets and a shopping area at two points along the root 6, called, "Rokkoku." Naraha town and Hirono town this time. Gardening goods and take out food. There was a poster which says like "We can't cut if you went to Tokyo this two weeks or so and if you have a fever etc." I felt one "today (今日 kon nichi in Japanese)."
Every morning I only bask in the sun, but sometimes get sunburned a little recently. Sometimes beautiful sky in rainy season. Impressed. That is the sunlight. The earth itself is just a wet rock. The weight is 6000000000000000000000.
I don't have a memory that I did anything productive very much, but I know I sleep well everyday and re-read my writing lightly, and garden a little at our new detached apartment. I'd like to work on studying, writing, and reading.
I have really got better than at the same season last year.

An area in off limits areas at Okuma town is kept tidy by us ourselves as local farmers of residents (evacuees now) because the area becomes a reconstructive place where has a good result after decontaminated. So many old friends played in this nature. Beetles, stag beetles, and butterflies, and flowers. Rivers, forest, fields, slopes, roads, channel, rice fields, and ocean. Thanks.

Green mountains in summer and bright big clouds. I feel I live. I planted Perilla frutescens and five cherry tomatoes (помидор/pomidor)(The Latin name means like a peach eaten by a wolf). Plowing with a tractor is very easy, but when doing it to go home, it costs fuel, gasoline as 150 JPY/10km in my case, therefore, I don't go home very many. I have time to study languages etc that I could now, believing in power of pray for what the world becomes peaceful. Today is "Taian(大安)" that is an auspicious day. Early bird. It's been hot and rainy season. Many sprouts of perilla frutescens var.crispa began to grow. Growing perilla has been starting since Heian era (A.D. 794) and its seeds are found as Jomon era (B.C. 15000 - B.C. 3c). Feeling the pain in the morning rain, let's live forever.

From today, I started working with a tractor at Okuma town because this day was the second day from being a sunny day to dry the fields to safely and operate a tractor there. But nobody knows the weather correctly.

I happened to find the granite (kakougan in Japanese) at our garden in Iwaki city. A granite was made 250,000,000 years ago. The period is called, Mesozoic when dinosaurs lived. I decided I use this granite as my footrest, basking in the sun.

I made some small agricultural plastic greenhouses for sweet potato seedlings at my garden on Ogawa town in Iwaki city this week. It costed about 2400 JPY. The temperature inside was 15 in the early morning and 22 at noon while it was 12 or 15 outside at the same time. It can keep moisture.
This week I really took a rest. I didn't exercise, marathon, train muscles or so because I thought I didn't detect my exhaustion has been accumulating. To forget taking a rest is dangerous. Tough guys of endurance of marathon etc. also need to often take a short vacation (If muscle building, it'd be more).
A word, "Tough guy" reminds me, Tom Cruise, Motoki Masahiro, or so basically, but Yoshida Kotaro, Kondou Masaomi, Okuda Eiji, they are not young generally and they are great at work. A frog reminds me, gecko in Maui.

Reading some books of agriculture, I began to raise seedlings of sweet potato at four nursery boxes. Before this crop, I thought about olive, onion, and so on, but didn't work on them for several reasons, cost or time etc. People call sweet potato "Satsuma imo" or "Kansho" in Japanese. It originated from the south America.
First of all, I want to check whether some articles are true or not. Also, there is a rule to check the radiation before as a crop on the market. Mexico and Japan have been really friends for 400 years. A word, "camote" means sweet potato. "Estoy camote." means "I'm so busy." and "¿Estás camote?" means "Are you so busy?" Mexico reminds me a Disney movie and Day of the Dead and tacos at Okinawa and Maui.

I got up at 5:30 am. Recently very early. It tends to rain for 1 week or so. Venetia Stanley-Smith has been often on TV, whose ancestor is an aristocrat and she is from London. She prefers the nature satoyama than fashionable circles. It's not a correct quotation for seeing TV (NHK E tele), but she says like,"The water is the ultimate gift and the nature is lent us from children." I like her TV program. The words are not rare on a book, but it's important that TV says so. It'd be effective like hyper realistic paintings. Venetia san says, "Be true to yourself." and "Live this moment."

I keep my hair cleaner than usual because of humid summer. Seeing my long hair, my wife said to me like, "You look like amabie." One day, Jesus. One day, hippie. One day, guru. One day, homeless. One day, amabie. But I can make a tied back hairstyle (sweptback), too. Then, I want to make two directions beard like Saitou Dousan (Motoki Masahiro). Nihon hige means Two beard, but Nihon means also Japan. Sounds good. So, give me coffee and TV, Blur says, but I keep my hair clean, touching my beard.

One week passed since when I wrote a diary one week ago. I begin to study some cultivation methods for agriculture. Delicious. Cheese cake cooked by my wife.
I always look forward to seeing a TV drama "Kirin ga kuru" by NHK, but it will be paused until July to avoid corona virus while filming.
I found a swallow's nest at Ogawa town. It seems a mother swallow comes back.
May. It's suddenly warm as more than 25 degrees or around 30. The US NOAA says, it might be the warmest historically in 2020. The percentage is 75%. We want to ask Doraemon.
On the other hand, kindergartens being closed, some children talked to me. "What is your name?" "Yoshida des, yoshida." "We have a cat." "I see."
At another scene, a child said like "Konnichiwa (Hello), konnichiwa (hello)" and showed me a bubble blower. I pray for what children's tranquil world continues evermore.

Book cover challenge. I got a relay baton from a friend. I think it'd be very good for people to like books than before to show the cover. This is "Ra shou mon" by Akutagawa Ryunosuke. Recent atmosphere of the world looks like Rashomon. This story is really short, so it's my recommend.

While marathon, it's been nice to see Azalea at Ogawa Suwa jinja shrine in Iwaki city in Fukushima. "Izumo no kuni fudoki" says about azalea in Japan for the first time (733). Edo era (1603-1867), Ogata Korin's work and Itou Ihee writes about azalea.
Recently I study about birds seen in Fukushima. Japanese bush warbler's voice is especially great. Motoori Norinaga and Ryokan writes about Uguis. Má pó dòufu (麻婆豆腐) cooked by my wife is delicious. A university and public school uses our magazines as a textbook, so I'm really thankful and glad to hear them.
This morning I read an essay written by prof. Akasaka Norio (folklore and Japanese literature) on Fukushima Minpo Newspaper and wrote my thoughts about it, seeing a TV program about Olafur Eliasson.
Also, I hear a radio by Takahashi Genichiro who talked about Albert Camus that I have his all books and read some to write a comparatively a little long article than usual. Motivation to read his work in French someday.
When a crisis happens, the right people in the right places like flowers in their usual places, that are amazing, cherry blossom, wind, mountain, sunlight, water.., everything is spontaneously and interactively telling so.

I dreamt double in this morning.
Correctly, I dreamt in my dream in this morning. The place in my dream was on the street of Shimeidori street in Aizuwakamatsu city, and there is a shinmei shrine in front of our hotel. (Actually, we moved to Iwaki city from Aizu last year, but I know the street well.)
The dream was my wife was taking out so much very white mochi like a big cloud from a wooden Usu to make mochi, smiling very much. The sun was very bright.
So, I was drawing my dream in my dream while my wife seeing my dessin. After I woke up, I talked about it to my wife. Then, I really draw my dream on a piece of real paper. This is it. I'm surprised to see such dream.
On folklore, mochi is a great symbol of happiness, gods, or so. Also, the shrine is for Amaterasuoomikami (the great sun god). I dreamt such mysterious dream for the first time.
Have a good day.

When working, I feel relaxed to see beautiful sky in April. Heavy rain is dangerous here since we had water flood disaster in a part of Iwaki city, not our place, though are close, so sad to see the areas. At my house garden muskari is blooming.
Just in case heavy rain, it's helpful to count the total amount rain fall per day on the website of Japan Meteorological Agency and if some hundreds mm, it might be better to evacuate for one night before flood to protect your motor vehicles, putting much water into the bathtub for suspension of water supply. Of course, I'm an amature, so check it up really on websites of the professionals.
This week, my parent operated our excavator to repair agricultural waterways around rice fields.because we didn't work there for a long time, 7 years, where is our home land and now can work for recent deregulation to enter "off limit area" of Fukushima, little by little. Wild boars destroyed many channels or so. Surely this problem is not only at the area for population aging in Japan.
I used a bar, tiger rope, and ratchet, and monkey spanner. I'd like to carefully maintain it. I'm a real amature to do them except for having a license to operate. Large-sized special motor vehicle license. Just in case something happens, my license lives as paramilitary to save lives, offering food. I have yet to have licenses of excavator or forklift, but it's easy to get. To be a skillful operator is to have much experience.
Before this time, we oiled with a grease gun on nipples between parts. When exchanged a excavator shovel bucket, my work cloth got dirty a little by grease and when using a Japanese round hoe which is called, "Joren (鋤簾)" in Japanese, got dirty my jeans, denim trousers by mud, which is given by Uniqlo at a gymnasium in Tamura city on March, 2011 and combat boots, which I bought at Aizuwakamatsu city 2019. I feel the dirty is one of worker medals like decorations.
After that, I was free, so I read a novel of Murakami Haruki (A friend gave me them who lives in the US mainland now) and studied several languages inside our light truck (it might be seen mini).
I've heard it on TV, that the light truck, which is called, "Kei tora (軽トラ)" in Japanese and the secondhand been popular among people in the US recently. Under the warmful sun, we ate lunch obento cooked by my wife, which is used by wisdom of Ayurveda ( आयुर्वेद ), having a special tea by aizu nodatemug.
Recently I like corn pizza and 순두부 (pure tofu, bean curd)(sundubu)(純豆腐) of Korean food cooked by my wife. Takenoko (bamboo shoots) are also delicious. It's the season to eat it now. That reminds me a small bamboo we had at our home more than 10 years ago and a book "So far from the bamboo grove."
By the way, a writer Takada Midori who writes on our magazine, WELTGEIST FUKUSHIMA, offers us today an article that Yahoo Japan heard her mother about WW2 in Fukushima, which is called, "Koriyama air raid" when she was a child and became a survivor. The season was spring, April, like this beautiful sky. Let's pray for the peace in the world.

I feel I'd like to see good news about that virus disaster. First of all, it's really important to see a fact that so many patients recovered by medical health workers.
This fact is close to radiation problem because the fear is so big that scientific knowledge and facts are easily forgotten, but almost people in Japan understand about radiation level in Japan is no problem to live nowadays.
・Lockdown is over in Wuhan.
・A half of patients per day in Italy
・Peak is over in Spain, US
・Deregulation in Germany, Denmark and Austria
The economical is getting incredibly bad, but there is still the same much money in the world. It's good for many citizens to say their opinions to the govern, who changed their plan.
Also, incidentally, if possible, new mask every hour after being among people, because a kind of a whole virus size is getting very smaller for 2 hours.
The Diet members and leaders of the governs can show their ability for peaceful economic. Everyone hopes the peaceful and kind world. Well, well, having a green tea. I slept well yesterday and today.

A doctor who graduated from Tokyo Uni. said like, it might take 4 or 5 years until when vaccine is made and offering everyone, and then, economical gap would be very big. When does this virus storm become the first lull? Then, what we can?
Coronavirus disaster really started since March this year in Japan. People finish talking about Olympic already on April. Several days ago cats and dogs in Chiba and gave residents official advice to evacuate.
Some people thought how was evacuation site for coronavirus and were afraid of it. Fortunately, the heavy rain didn't cause anything bad except for presentiment. So, people should prepare their own site for each of them. Bigger car or hotel reservation? About 10 thousand infection patients here.
Almost 93 % travelers don't come here from overseas recently, so the world also might be getting block economic, therefore it'd be easier than before, so to speak, if war were to break out. It's a challenge for every single one of nation to keep democracy or change dictator system. Touch wood.
If it takes 1 year to finish coronavirus disaster, people don't think anything new, but if 5 years, people begin to think about it. We might be at a point to think what to do good and happy. Especially, Fukushima has much experience to survive. Anyway, life needs happy, relaxed, and quality.
Internet says like, when a ladybug comes to the point of a branch, it flies to the sun, so "Tento mushi" like "Sun bug" in Japanese. I understand that the bug continues to move forward.

Futatsuyasan mountain. 710m. I stepped in the mountain area a little. So to speak "Satoyama" area in Japanese, from on the road. This mountain is not so easy for a beginner to climb and people believe in the mountain as Shugendo or Sacred mountain. Ogawa town on Iwaki city in Fukushima.

Probably, when WW2, so many people in the world must think about how human's life is ephemeral. After defeated and reflected, Japanese can have the constitution that is said like, That has the best contents to protect human rights in the world.
People must think to protect the symbol system and the constitution and peace and democracy and co-operating with the world and then, let's live with everyone than before.
My grandfather who went to the war said to me like, "Kuniyoshi, you are great to politely eat food (water melon then)." I wrote it on a book published by Getsuyosha and Matsumoto Saiko chief editor. But actually it's latest news for me to slowly eat food. I began to slowly eat food recently. What a prediction he had! The old is true value. I will continue to think about this phrase.
Ogawa Suwa shrine in Iwaki city. We visited to see famous cherry blossom again. A young news reporter who interviewed us as a Fukushima chuo TV came there some days ago. Finally my left foot got well, but the weather often changes for the worse.
I thought about "Two masks (Abe no mask)." Cloth masks are effective a little, I know. However, almost all people want to get rid of stress everyday. I'd like to hear voices from general people here and there (Surely, people of media must wear a mask).
"Epigrams of Martial. – Man loves malice, but not against one-eyed men nor the unfortunate, but against the fortunate and proud. People are mistaken in thinking otherwise. If spread of infection of COVID-19 from cities like Kanto and Kansai, local areas might be gotten a little or so so from there. People would think about making a new system of IoT, IoX, IoH and so on, digital. I often see tweets of Bill Gates, learning the computer's knowledge etc. Yuval Noah Harari, too. Some people might see an importance on countryside and agriculture, self sufficiency rate.
March. This month let me to chase information of corona virus and to jot them down very much and to think about it to protect us from that. I cheerfully understand we need it now. Then, I want to re-start my work ASAP. It's delicious to have a masala tea which my wife make.

The spring has come on Ogawa town in Iwaki city. I've studied agriculture since last year. It's not so easy for me to choose what kind of farm products as I cultivate in the near future.
Because a farmer needs some part time workers or differences from perennial crop (former our Japanese pear's price is high but take 10 years), reading books about circumstances of products and how to grow.
I repaired a part of our original house. When running, my left instep hurts recently to marathon as is usual with me, so I get enough breaks.
It's fine because it's often windy and chilly in spring. The language of flowers of a canola flower are cheerfulness, the brightness and assets and small happiness.
I've been an early bird, so yes, study languages and read books. I can be adjusted differences. There will be an answer. Let it be. Have a great day.
I'm good to live for more than 100 years longer than wani ("Crocodile who passes away in 100 days" is a popular manga in Japan now).

As you do, we also have stayed at home except for when buying daily necessities. A few people come to see it here, at Ogawa Suwa shrine. We postponed traveling to Aizu of this month, so spend a fun time at our local places. To enjoy countryside outside becomes also popular now. Everyone here has enough social distance. Don't worry.

It's usually beautiful sky.
A part of areas (just roads this time) at Okuma town were opened by the govern on 5th of March, but we can't begin to get back to our home yet, so put sandbags including gravels and several signboards to express "Keep Out." at gateways by ourselves, not by the administrator.
Then, I learned how to tie by "Bowline knot" from my father who knows lots of how to tie then. I heard some experiences of his when he went to other countries by their deep sea fishing vessel. I quit smoking, so I feel my memorising ability recovers (about how to tie). Even if same talk, it's good nowadays for me.
By the way, It seems that some people from the south east Asia came here to deal for agricultural machines, but the big track's number was from Kyushu region. We thought a little because policemen came there, too in front of others' house. Anyway, it looked like what they talked to residents who temporarily getting back by bus which was offered by the administrator and the govern announced more patoroling on 5th of March.

The first wind in the spring which is called, "Haru ichi ban" and the weather has been changeable. We had Chinese gourmet recently on the way to the Iwaki city's library. The restaurant which is called, "Shouki (昇樹)" where is next to a big building "Latov" where is close to Iwaki station, though as you know many people use their own cars in the countryside. It's important to practice lest I forget pinyin intonation in Chinese, but to practice itself is important regardless of whether I speak the correct pronunciation or not. Today is Tennou's birthday. Congratulations. He studys many things about "water." Disaster of Tsunami or river or heavy rain by climate strike, daily life and transport on the rivers. I'm also interested in them. My town gets damages by disasters, tsunami, river flooding and so on. "Water" is gonna be one of biggest problems in the world.

February. We went hearing a lecture by a Mainichi newspaper journalist Fujiwara Akio who has climbed Dhaulagiri Himalayan Range and had been several places overseas, Johannesburg, Roma, Mexico and so on for his work. Fujiwara talked about human's weakness, conflict, and envy etc. through climbing and his work or private, though I thought he has a high spirit.
He offered his writing for our book to sell widely by a publish company, Gendai shokan from Tokyo. Thank you, Hoshi Ryoichi and the company's president. He wrote an article on his famous newspaper about me. Thank you so much, Fujiwara Akio.

This month I have been studying agriculture concentrately. I bought a great agri product from a professional farmer at Gunma prefecture. But I changed my plan, so I need to study more. That reminds me, I have learned from a former vice minister of Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries at Nishiaizu town.
The winter this year will already finish next week, so I can began marathon again steadily, not 5 or 10 km. I want to marathon 20km everyday, if the weather is fine, hoping no climate strike. Well, it's time to buckle down to my life. There is little, if any, between to do or not to do.

I'm publishing two magazines I wrote in Japanese. No. 13 and 14. One is that how safe Fukushima is about radiation that I've positively learned on the website by Ministry of the Environment because they have the responsibility of policy or so by themselves. Another one is that books I've happily read recently. ISSN is the same as is usual with me.

The photo is at my home in Okuma town, off limit area yet, but this spring the barricades will be finished some of them. My work will be easier than before because they are heavy.
As is usual with the world and Fukushima etc. in my opinion, it'd be great to focus on one's own business as much as one can anytime. One can change the own world.
We repaired a water pipe at Okuma because some houses finished recently, so we found buried water pipes with our hydraulic excavator, which was operated by my father this time.
I helped with a scoop and bought some parts of pipes. Companies come to Okuma to demolish houses, but it has yet to be in off limit areas, so it's not easy for others to come in. Apply, documents, and so on. However, so many workers come to a convenience store like Tokyo's. I often feel where is here.
I did 20km marathon with 4kg for the first time since returned to Iwaki, additionally, 4 times to climb and descend a low mountain of 150m. I did it. I feel so good. It's my torch marathon to continue to convey our big big big win of daily. Living is precious. I applied for the library card of Iwaki library again in Iwaki city. I'd like to do what I can little by little there.
By the way, two friends in Aizu and Hamadori are gonna run as an Olympic torch runner. I'm so glad to hear that. Congrats. I might criticize Olympic, but forget already. I don't need it already. Forget. Let's enjoy a festival. If I see friends on TV, I might cry happy tears. Very glad.
So, even if the world has so many difficult problems to be solved early, let's make the next generation. It'd be important to have such feeling, energy, and something like that.
An NHK drama Yaenosakura, Sakuma Shouzan said like, "If one starts anything, there will be coming obstacles. Kick them and move forward. "
Historically, Uesugi Youzan said like, "If you do it, it'd be achieved. If it's not achieved, it's because you don't."
9 years will be passed.
Many things we have experienced.
But sleeping is wonderful.

People get lonely easily. One often expresses the one's love and lonely. One often thinks why others don't understand the oneself. One might write a diary like I don't feel lonely and fine. C'est la vie.
We worked at our original home for the first time this year yesterday, washing tractors, pruning trees of persimmons, and watching things of our garden to protect from thieving.
When coming back, shopped seafood, sashimi (maguro - tsuna and kanpachi - greater amberjack). Also, we had a meeting for the near future. Thankful to learn how to work from my father. Our public work will start in several months, but we Yoshida family have important things to do.
The last month of my 38 years old, but my aging was already finished. I'm getting younger everyday. 38... super young. No drink for 3 years. No smoking 1 year and a half.
I learn the art of self defense. This week, I did 7 in total. Two of them are just a knowledge of a jab's effect. One is against a knife. Two are when my arms or collar were grabbed. Also, how to make a fire and filter water. I think I call them "survival knowledge."
Well, it'd be great to remember a motto, "Carelessness is our greatest enemy." I began to practice a new running style not to get injured on knees or so. Hearing calm piano music in this world.
Okuma no Tsubaki no Hanasaku Michisugara.
Flowers of camelia are blooming along the street of Okuma town.

Good afternoon. I felt comfortably warm in the bright sun here in Hamadori area. We found many mondo grasses (dwarf lilyturf) (Ophiopogon japonicus) and the beautiful fruits.
Japanese calls its ball like a dragon's ball and the grass like a dragon's beard. The language of flowers on mondo grass is "Deep compassion."
About my Shogatsu three days. Actually I seemed to sleep in an odd way, so I felt a pain on my right elbow. I didn't use a pair of chopsticks in that next morning, but I got well now, it's so so. I did chin up 8 times.
It took three days to recover my right arm. 8 times chin up is the lowest line at J-SDF. Then, I began to do "Burpee Jump" as a training. A fighter Asakura said it's very good to train several muscles at the same time.
I continue to study agriculture since last year little by little. What kind of agri, I have yet to write it. I don't care for "what if" stories very much.
My new year's resolutions are successful recent years and this year to break a bad habit to see things on Internet for long hours. Also, to study English and others more and spend more time with my family.
I ate several boiled pieces of a pumpkin, which was yellow and beautiful on a white bowl. Now I'm full of life and energy, praying for the peaceful world.
