☆ 0531 I took the Eiken Grade 1 examination on May 31. Once again, it was extremely difficult. I sprinted through the entire two hours and twenty minutes at full speed, but I still ran out of time. To make matters worse, the speakers at the test venue were set at a low volume, and the sound was somewhat muffled, which made the listening section difficult to follow. As a result, I missed quite a few questions. The listening section also seemed more difficult than the previous one. For now, I can only say that Eiken Grade 1 truly deserves its reputation as one of the most challenging English qualifications in Japan. The pink strap in the photo is normally returned after the exam, but I accidentally took a wrong turn when leaving the venue.
